The Home contracts an occupational therapist from the Community Care Access Centre as required. In addition to performing all resident functional assessments, the occupational therapist is authorized to assess for assistive devices program (ADP) eligibility and to assist the resident to arrange for the purchase of any necessary equipment or seating devices.
